Log a call
If your organisation does not have a current support contract with ADA, but you would like to discuss an issue, or require on-going support with someone, please contact our Business Development division on 01444 232000.
Clients with current support contracts can raise a technical support call in one of three ways below.

2. Please email support@ada.co.uk
3. Please call the Technical Support helpdesk on 01444 233222.
Using any of those methods will require the following information to be given:-
Your name and contact details. Your organisation's name and site address. The symptoms of the problem and any trouble-shooting already undertaken. The ADA ACS-ESS reference number on any relevant items of equipment.
The Technical Support engineer will then log the call in our internal helpdesk system, and provide a reference number. ADA will then undertake investigation by phone or remote access initially. After about 30 minutes a decision is made as to which is the best way forward, and if covered under contract, an engineer will go straight to site to continue finding a resolution.
