Business software support

Forming part of ADA's highly professional Help Desk team, the Business Solutions Group has it's own team of specialists to answer telephone support enquiries.

The support desks are manned on a rotational basis by our front line consultants and qualified accountants.

All of the Consultants employed by ADA are also fully accredited in their respective disciplines of Microsoft Navision, Sage & Pegasus.

ADA is fully ISO compliant with each call being logged along with all its details. The aim is to resolve each call over the telephone, and in the majority of cases, this is achieved.

In some cases, the product specialist will need to try something out on our internal support systems before calling the customer back with a solution. An escalation procedure is also in place to ensure that any ongoing calls are escalated if they remain unsolved.
