iSCSI SAN Storage & Server Virtualisation Seminar Agenda
ADA's iSCSI and server virtualisation seminars provide a valuable opportunity to learn more about and discuss the advantages of server consolidation, disaster recovery and virtualisation. Each event is limited to 12 delegates to ensure all attendees gain maximum benefit.
Each FREE iSCSI & Virtualisation Seminar will comprise of three concise sessions:
Session 1: 9:30am - 10:15am Virtualisation Essentials
An introduction to virtualisation technologies and their key benefits, this session delivers the 'need to know' facts, and covers the basics of server, storage and application virtualisation as one co-ordinated strategy.
Session 2: 10:30am - 11:15am Virtualisation into Production
Many of ADA's customers are now running production systems on 100% virtual platforms. This session is designed to share ADA's wealth of experience from the field. From design to deployment, ADA's methodologies are proven. The session will guide you through practical examples of real-life virtual solutions for application delivery, hardware consolidation and disaster recovery.
Session 3: 11:30am - 12:30pm iSCSI SAN: The simple route to VMware
iSCSI SAN storage delivers virtualisation projects quickly, simply and cost-effectively without compromising performance or functionality. During a live demonstration, ADA will construct a complete working iSCSI SAN environment from scratch, thereby exposing the features which deliver tangible business benefits. The session will focus on VMware's virtualisation platform using Dell EqualLogic's industry-leading storage arrays.
Buffet Lunch: 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Attendees are invited to join us after the presentations for an informal lunch. This provides a relaxed environment within which to discuss specific virtualisation requirements with both ADA's technical specialists or peers from other attending organisations.
