IT Managed Services win at Leumi ABL

ADA Technology Services is pleased to announce that it has won a multi-year IT managed services contract to support Leumi ABL, the specialist asset based lending subsidiary of Bank Leumi (UK) plc. Leumi ABL specialises in providing a range of flexible invoice finance, stock finance and plant / machinery finance solutions.
Having worked closely with ADA since its inception, the Management Team at Leumi ABL recently took the decision to migrate all systems and data into the ‘ADA Cloud’. As part of the fully outsourced ‘IT Managed Service Agreement’, ADA will provide ‘hands on’ support, both on site and at ADA’s data centres in Solihull (Birmingham) and Burgess Hill (West Sussex).
With a proven track record in fixing IT costs, reducing risk and facilitating business growth, ADA’s scalable IT managed services model includes cash flow friendly payment options which minimise ‘up front’ capital investment and allow organisations to build upon their IT capabilities over time.
Commenting on the announcement, Lee Ganly, ADA’s CIO said “With a heavy reliance on technology, Leumi ABL needed to ensure its IT systems were always available from any location. Leumi ABL’s entire infrastructure is now ‘hosted’ with the guarantee of service level availability via ADA’s ‘Platform-as-a-Service’ Cloud based offering. In doing so, ADA is now fully responsible for Leumi ABL’s servers, storage, security, remote access and internet connectivity”.
Ganly continued, “ADA’s modular approach to IT managed services will allow Leumi ABL to add, modify and remove specific modules as its requirements change. Supported by a 24/7 SLA based reporting monitoring system and ADA’s team of highly skilled support technicians, Leumi ABL benefits from a highly scalable IT environment that can be flexed according to demand without service disruption”.
