HP LeftHand and ADA to join forces

ADA is pleased to announce that it is now fully accredited to consult on, configure, deploy and support all HP LeftHand iSCSI SAN solutions. ADA’s focus will be to enable mid-size organisations within the not-for-profit and commercial sectors to benefit from HP LeftHand’s unique range of SAN storage solutions.
A pioneer of iSCSI SAN technology, the solutions originally developed by LeftHand Networks (now called HP LeftHand), continue to plug a very important gap in the mid-market storage and virtualisation arena. LeftHand’s ability to run on both existing storage and industry-standard server hardware reduces both deployment time and overall costs.
In certain virtualised environments, HP LeftHand’s intelligent cloning technology reduces the amount of disk space required for storage by up to 97 percent. Furthermore, LeftHand’s thin client / thin provisioning features can dramatically reduce power consumption by minimising the over-provisioning of the associated storage device(s).
