ADA short-listed for 
‘Mid-Market Reseller of the Year’ Award

ADA Technology Services is proud to announce that it has been short-listed for MicroScope’s Mid-Market Reseller of the Year Award. Now in its fourth year, the MicroScope Awards for Channel Excellence (ACEs) aim to reward the achievements of resellers and distributors right across the IT channel. The 2010 ACEs which take place on 26 May at the Lancaster Hotel in London.

The awards are judged by a panel of industry experts including analysts, independent consultants and editorial staff from MicroScope itself, one of the leading IT channel publications in the UK. The ‘short-list’ for each category is drawn up by the judges before being posted online. Readers of the magazine and the wider IT community then have the opportunity to vote for their ‘winner’.

The Mid-Market Reseller of the Year Award, in particular, has received much attention in recent years. Vendors now fully recognise the potential this market has to grow. Consequently, selling within the Mid-Market requires both innovation and knowledge. Furthermore, short-listed ‘finalists’ have already shown that they understand and cater for the unique needs of the mid-sized customer.

Commenting on the news, ADA’s CEO, Dave Rabson, said “To reach the short-list, ADA’s efforts in the last 18 months have not gone unnoticed. With another year of double digit growth forecast for this year in a difficult financial climate, my colleagues at ADA should feel rightly proud of this recognition.”

Rabson concluded “ADA’s investment in its technical support team and its decision to move to ‘round the clock’ IT support has enabled the Company to significantly grow its IT managed services customer base. ADA can now boast over 100 multiyear service contracts within the mid-market UK managed services arena.”
