IT Consultant - based, Burgess Hill
To work in partnership with clients, to advise and deliver information technology solutions in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to determine requirements
- Working with clients to define the scope of a project
- Planning timescales and the resources needed
- Clarifying a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business
Senior Systems Engineer - based, Solihull, Midlands
To work as part of a client services team working for allocated customers to build strong technical relationships and ensure the needs of the customers are met at all times. There will be a need to undertake field installations at customer sites as directed as well as proactive remote work for the benefit of the customer.
Technical Systems Engineer - based, Burgess Hill
(Regular travel to customer sites throughout South East)
To undertake field installations at customer sites of all ADA Computer Systems Ltd supplied or maintained equipment as directed and as defined within the project plan. To provide both pre & post sales support to ADA’s sales force and to assist in the provision of a scope of work for customer installations.
Customer Support Engineer - based, Burgess Hill
Working in the BSG Operations team to research solutions to customers’ problems and to offer assistance using remote support tools to minimise the time spent by the customer and impact to their business. To provide excellent customer service with each client engagement. This includes responsiveness to support request emails, picking up support phone calls and setting expectations clearly.
