Microsoft Dynamics NAV Consultant - based, Burgess Hill
To liaise on numerous enterprise NAV projects as consultant and business process advisor; and provide customers – on a daily basis – with regular process analysis, improvement plans, new specifications, system enhancements and implementation resources.

Citrix Consultant - based, Burgess Hill
A key member of the ADA engineering team, the Citrix Consultant will work with both new and existing clients on projects and remediation work. The specialist nature of the role will require flexible working across various teams and functions, including Pre-Sales, Project Management and the Client Services teams. Whilst the role requires exposure to other technologies, a high degree of competence in Citrix solutions is a prerequisite. Candidates must be Citrix certified to a minimum level of Engineer (CCEE/CCEA) or Architect (CCIA).
Systems Engineers - based, Solihull or Burgess Hill
(Regular travel to UK customer sites and occasional travel to European customer sites)
Working within a Client Services Team supporting a portfolio of Managed Service clients, this role requires field-based engineering expertise across a range of technologies, especially networking, storage and virtualisation. Service excellence is a must and you will be expected to perform to agreed company technology standards. You will also work on specific projects for new clients as well as those for contracted customers.
Technical Support Engineers - based, Solihull or Burgess Hill
Working in the Service Desk team to offer assistance using remote support tools to resolve any issues across a wide range of technologies within our customer base to minimise the impact to the customers’ business. To provide an excellent customer experience with every engagement. This includes responsiveness to support request emails and phone calls and setting expectations clearly when handling all incidents or requests. Good working technical knowledge required.
CRM Consultant – based, Burgess Hill
The primary owner of internal Business Productivity applications (Microsoft CRM, Microsoft NAV and SharePoint), this role provides consultancy and development to enable business improvement across the organisation as defined by the Executive Team and Head of Business Improvement. As part of this role, the successful applicant will provide ADA with process analysis, improvement plans, new specifications, system enhancements/implementation and development resources on a regular basis. Whilst this role is not immediately client facing, your success in this role will result in a move from an internal customer facing position to an external customer facing Microsoft Dynamics oriented consultant / development role with revenue earning responsibility for the ADA Business Solutions Group
